As we had been visiting Eric's family on Long Island we decided to take the train from Ronkonkoma and then the Air Train to terminal 8 in JFK. Although we hadn't done this before, we found our way with no difficulty. While waiting in the airport Ron found and booked another trip with Gate1 for a Rhine River Cruise that we will take in Oct. He contacted Bob and Col to see if they wanted to join us on this adventure also. The plane ride was an uneventful 7 hours and they fed us a nice dinner and breakfast. I was actually able to sleep some on the flight so that should help when we arrive in Paris.
